How to Use Insurance for Psychotherapy
What is an Out-of-Network Provider? We are going to be an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. Our current understanding is that once your deductible is paid, or your maximum out-of-pocket has been met, your insurance may reimburse you for some or all of your fees.
If you would like to use insurance for your therapy, we ask you to consult with our insurance manager, Rosetta at 424-202-1682 who will be processing your claims. She will explain that your plan will be invoiced for dates of service, with the instructions to reimburse you, the client. Clients are responsible to pay fees to the office at the time of service via our billing service to the client's email. We are not able to provide a list of insurance companies or policies that may reimburse clients for therapy with our office or what percentage or amount they may cover as they are all different. That is why Rosetta is here to provide individual assistance. Fees The fee for each 60-minute Office Visit is $250. If you would like us to submit claims to your insurance company, please call our insurance manager Rosetta at 424-202-1682 for a consultation. Thank you!
