How to Use Insurance for PsychotherapyWhat is an Out-of-Network Provider? We are going to be an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. The bottom line is... once your deductible is paid, or your max out of pocket has been met, your insurance may reimburse for some or all of your fees.
If you would like to use insurance for your therapy, we ask you to consult with our insurance manager, Rosetta at 424-202-1682 who will be processing your claims. She will explain how you may use your benefits with our office, and what fees will have to be paid out of pocket. We are not able to provide a list of insurance companies or policies that cover therapy with our office or what percentage or amount they may cover as they are all different. That is why Rosetta is here to provide individual assistance. Personalized ServiceWe allow 60 minutes for each therapy session. Many providers will whisk you in and out in 45 minutes. When choosing a therapist it is important to know how much time you will have to process issues with your therapist each week. Also, we provide a dedicated parking space when you visit (Space 430 CBraden) as well as parking validation(s) if needed, coffee and tea.
Confidentiality & Security ClearancesClients often have security clearances or may be involved in divorces, custody mediation, lawsuits or other unpredictable issues. While therapy is legally protected communication, it is advisable to exercise caution when billing insurance for psychotherapy.
