10 Things to Think About if You're Considering Therapy
If you are considering attending a few sessions of therapy, I would suggest thinking about the following questions. This will help you gain clarity and confidence. By considering and writing down your answers, you will already be starting the therapeutic process.

If you seem to be stuck in a pattern you do not like, or are experiencing traumatic or aggravating situations, Therapy and Relationship Coaching can be helpful.
